Bulls forward Anderson makes NCAA commitment

April 29, 2014
North Iowa Bulls and NA3HL forward Brandon Anderson from St. Cloud, Minnesota has committed to the University of Wisconsin-Superior (NCAA Division III).

Anderson played in 61 NA3HL games including divisional and Silver Cup playoffs for North Iowa recording 30 goals and 21 assists.

Anderson led the NA3HL in power play goals for the 2013-14 regular season with 13. Brandon is part of a very special group of players who have been in North Iowa for the last two years.  Along with his teammates, Brandon has won over 100 games and a USA Hockey National Championship in 2013 and played in back to back National Championship games including this seasons runner up finish.

"Brandon is an imposing figure on the ice, using his speed and size to his advantage.  No one on our team competed harder than Brandon. He will be a physical presence at the collegiate level. At 6-4 and 210 pounds Superior will rely on those attributes to continue their success," remarked Bulls head coach Todd Sanden.

Anderson joins former Bulls captain James Hughes at UW-Superior.  Brandon Anderson is the 5th current Bulls player to land an NCAA commitment. The others are:
