Great Falls increases division lead with shutout

Great Falls 6 @ Yellowstone 0 - Behind a great game by Wade Wylie, who had two goals and one assist, the Great Falls Americans defeated the Yellowstone Quake, 6-0. Wylie's tallies came at 2:23 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Great Falls and 4:51 into the third to make the score 5-0 Great Falls. Great Falls also got points from Lucas Lomax, who also had one goal and two assists, Reed Link, who also racked up one goal and one assist, and Joshua Larson, who also registered one goal and two assists. Great Falls also got a goal from Dylan Garton as well. More assists for Great Falls came via Georgy Ostapchuk and Connor Barta, who each chipped in one and Zack Mese and Cody Page, who contributed two each. Jordan Moran recorded 20 saves for the Americans.
 
Dallas 2 @ Texas 7 - Nick Ford had two goals and one assist to lead the Texas Jr. Brahmas to a 7-2 victory over the Dallas Jr. Stars. Ford scored on the power play at 10:45 into the second period to make the score 2-2 and again while on the power play 12:27 into the second to make the score 3-2 Texas. Texas also got points from Devin Pierce, who also tallied one goal and one assist. Texas also had goals scored by Ryan Dunner, who had two and Paolo DiGenova and Dixon Whitehead, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for Texas were Anthony Koslow, who had two, Jon Grimm, Kurt Thiele, and Sam Gagnon, who each chipped in one, and Nick Nitta and Mykyta Sheptytsky, who contributed three each. Dallas was helped by Aaron Torres, who grabbed two goals. Torres scored the first of his two goals on the power play at 12:12 into the first period to make the score 1-1. The Jr. Stars had taken the advantage when the Jr. Brahmas' Brock Brown got sent off for roughing. Corey Burns provided the assist. Torres' next tally on the power play made the score 2-1 Dallas with 19:29 left in the second period. Dallas had gained a power play chance when Nitta was whistled for interference. Burns picked up the assist. In addition, Dallas received assists from Brandon Baker, who had one.
 
Billings 1 @ Gillette 3 - Mitchell McEwan scored the go-ahead goal in the first period, and the Gillette Wild held off the challenges of the Billings Bulls in a tough 3-1 win. McEwan provided Gillette with the game-winning tally when he scored 1:54 into the first period. Mitchell Huffman picked up the assist. The Wild were led by goalie Sean Kelley, who finished with 26 saves while allowing one goal. The solid play of Kelley will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 2.05. Gillette was helped by Brandon Beard, who tallied one goal. Beard scored 10:49 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Gillette. Bryce Mitzel assisted on the tally. Gillette additionally got points from Darren Banks, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. In addition, Gillette received assists from RJ Yusko and Dalton McCann, who each chipped in one. Billings was led by Steven Thompson, who scored the team's only goal. Thompson scored 15:28 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Gillette. TJ Theodosopoulos picked up the assist.
