November 28, 2015
The Pittsburgh Vengeance of the NA3HL are proud to announce that defenseman Kenny White has been called up to the NAHL play for the Aston Rebels. The Rebels are playing in Johnstown tonight versus the Tomahawks and White will suit up for his first career NAHL game.
White, 17, is in his second season playing for the Vengeance in the NA3HL. The native of Trafford, Pennsylvania, had 11 points in 21 games played this season for Pittsburgh before his call up.
Last season as a 16-year-old, White (6’3/170) played in 42 games for the Vengeance, recording nine points. He also played on the NA3HL 18U Selects team at the 2015 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament in Ann Arbor, MI.
"This is a great opportunity for the young man and chance to see first hand what it takes to play at the next level," said Pittsburgh Head Coach Dave Dorsey.
