Atlanta defenseman Foltz heads back to the NAHL
January 22, 2016
Atlanta Capitals of the NA3HL are proud to announce that defenseman Tristan Foltz has been called up to the NAHL to play for the Topeka Roadrunners.
The 6’1/170 lbs. Houghton, Michigan native, started the season with Topeka and came to Atlanta to gain valuable playing experience this season at the junior level. In 10 games with the Capitals he amassed one assist.
“Tristan was in a unique situation and after conversations with the staff in Topeka, as an organization we decided this would be a good path for him. He worked hard and took advantage of our facilities to earn an opportunity back with Topeka. We were happy to see his progress over the 10 games he was with us and wish him best of luck on his second tour with Topeka,” said Head Coach Anthony Bohn.
Foltz will be in the line-up this week as Topeka takes on Corpus Christi Ice Rays.
Tristan Foltz is the third member called up this season to the Topeka Roadrunners. The other two are Arturas Lauitkis and Colin O'Connor.
