La Crosse defenseman Bromberg makes NCAA commitment

The La Crosse Freeze, proud members of the NA3HL, are pleased to announce that defenseman Jared Bromberg, 20, has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey next season at Gustavus Adolphus College. Gustavus Adolphus are members of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC).
 
The native of Rochester, MN, is currently wrapping up his second and final season playing in the NA3HL for the Freeze. Bromberg (6’2/185) is currently 8th in the NA3HL in points by a defenseman with 37 points (10 goals, 27 assists) in 42 games played for the playoff-bound Freeze.
 
Bromberg was selected to and played in the 2016 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament for the Central Division team, where he had one assist in three games.
 
Last season, Bromberg had 30 points in 42 games played and in his NA3HL career has recorded 67 points in 84 career games. 
 
Prior to playing in the NA3HL for the Freeze, Bromberg was a standout defenseman for Rochester John Marshall High School in Minnesota.
