North Iowa forward Fuchs makes NCAA commitment
March 14, 2016
The North Iowa Bulls, proud members of the NA3HL, are pleased to announce that Bulls forward Quinn Fuchs has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey at Concordia-Moorhead (MIAC).
Fuchs, a 20-year-old native of Minot, North Dakota, previously played in 59 NAHL games with his hometown Minot Minotauros where he scored 4 goals and had 11 assists the past two and a half seasons.
In 28 games in North Iowa during the 2015-16 season, Fuchs (5’7/160) has tallied 13 goals and 21 assists for 34 points. He is also a +32 and registered three game-winning goals in his junior career.
"Quinn has been a consistent scorer. He has been held off the score sheet only six times in 28 games and he is currently riding a 12 game streak with at least a point per game. That type of production along with his responsible two way play makes Quinn an important player during the playoff stretch for us,” said Bulls head coach Todd Sanden.
Fuch's is the fourth Bulls player to make his NCAA Division III commitment this season. The North Iowa Bulls wish Quinn the best at Concordia-Moorhead and are proud to be a part of his junior development.
