Helena forward Babineau makes NCAA commitment

The Helena Bighorns, proud members of the NA3HL, are pleased to announce that forward Blake Babineau has committed to play NCAA hockey at Becker College.

 

Becker College is an NCAA Division III program that are members of the ECAC Northeast Conference.

 

Babineau, 20, just completed his final season of junior hockey in the NA3HL. The native of New Hope, Minnesota, finished tied for 2nd in scoring on the Bighorns roster this season with 42 points (17 goals, 25 assists) in 41 games played.

 

Babineau (5’11/176) was in his second season playing in Helena. In 87 career regular season games, Babineau had 67 points in 87 games.

 

Babineau also was selected to and played in the 2016 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament for the Frontier Division team, where he had a goal in three games.
