Stars clinch Coastal title with shutout on Tuesday

Northeast Generals 0 @ New England Stars 5-New England Star Andrew Ghimpeteanu made 20 saves for a 5-0 shutout win over the Northeast Generals. Douglas Herling, Tyson Gudaitis (2), and Hunter Norris (2) scored for the Stars, while Lucas Souza and Nicholas Sesock stopped 12 and 8 shots each for the Generals.

 

Cape Cod Islanders 4 @ Maine Wild 7-The Maine Wild scored four in the third to defeat the Cape Cod Islanders, 7-4. Brady Brannon notched a hat trick in the match, while Mason Ledbetter, Dany Shastakov, Tyler Webb, and Robert Dysart each notched one for the Wild. For the Islanders, Leevi Kervinen, Cody Doyon, Nick Marston, and Nate Jeffreys got on the scoreboard. Maine's Chris Rodrigues stopped 43 shots, while Noah Bird and Hunter Norris stopped 22 and 12 saves each for Cape Cod. 

Niagara Falls PowerHawks 4 @ Oswego Stampede 2-A pair from Michael Olszewski put the Niagara Falls PowerHawks up early, resulting in a 4-2 win over the Oswego Stampede. Branden Tripi and Evan Domiano also scored for the PowerHawks, while Jameson Simmonds notched two goals for the Stampede. Niagara Falls' Kris Augustine made 30 saves, while Steven Kozikoski stopped 39 shots for Oswego.
