Coulee Region forward Poellinger called up to NAHL

The Coulee Region Chill of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that forward Laudon Poellinger has been called up to the Kenai River Brown Bears in the North American Hockey League (NAHL).
Poellinger, 18, is in his second season playing in the NA3HL for the Chill/Freeze organization. So far during the 2018-19 season, the 6’2/216 lbs. native of La Crescent, Minnesota, is 4th in team scoring with 14 points in 10 games played.
“Laudon is a player that has produced in the NA3HL while playing a 200-foot game. We are excited for him to bring energy to our line-up and help us succeed in all areas,” said Brown Bears head coach Josh Petrich.
Last season, Poellinger led the La Crosse Freeze to the NA3HL Fraser Cup Semi-Finals. In 45 NA3HL games, he recorded 33 points. He also stood out at the 2018 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament for the Selects White Team, where he recorded six points in three games.
"I am excited for Laudon to be given this opportunity by Josh Petrich and the Kenai organization. Laudon’s style of hockey is a prefect fit in Kenai and we look forward to watching him grow as a player within that program,” said Chill head coach Jon Vaillancourt.
