Jr. Blues move into sole possession of 1st place with win on Sunday

Matthew Monreal had two goals and an assist in a 7-1 win on Sunday.

Wausau 1 @ St. Louis 7 - Six St. Louis players posted two or more points as the Blues blazed past the - Riverwolves 7-1 on Sunday. Matthew Monreal (2g, 1a), Will Baginski (3a), Jacob Wiethaupt (1g, 1a), Ivan Galaguzov (1g, 1a), Sawyer Lownsdale (1g, 1a) and Dylan Giacin (2a) led the offensive onslaught, helped by individual goal from Joe Papa and Jack Moore. Jack Regan collected the Blues' win between the pipes with 11 saves, allowing just one goal to Wausau's Rollie Carlson. Alexandr Gilev put forth another solid showing in the Riverwolves' crease, turning aside 44 of 51 shots in the loss.
