Wildcats' Cardwell heading to UAF

Third-year Wichita Falls Wildcats forward Adam Cardwell has committed to the University of Alaska-Fairbanks (CCHA) for next season.
The 20-year-old Cardwell, from Long Beach, Calif., leads the NAHL in scoring with 66 points on 25 goals after 37 games. He also leads the league in plus/minus at plus-28.
“Adam continues to get it done it for us offensively,” said Wildcats coach-GM John Bowkus.
“I’m looking forward to playing college hockey in the CCHA,” said Cardwell.
