Brahmas forward Blake Rothstein had two goals in a 4-2 win on Sunday.

TX Brahmas 4 @ Louisiana 2 – Blake Rothstein scored twice to lead the Brahmas to a three-game road sweep of the Drillers to strengthen their lead atop the South Division. After a scoreless 1st period, Texas led 2-1 after two period thanks to goals from Jack Cooper and Tyler Blanchard, while Jack Lambert scored for the Drillers. Rothstein would add both his goals in the 3rd period to secure the win. Timothy Miller had the other Louisiana goal. Brahmas goalie Levi Gho made 30 saves in the win, while Kyle Karoleski made 26 saves in the loss.

North Iowa 5 @ Willmar 7 – Hunter Bjorge and Jack Willis each scored twice as the Willmar WarHawks clinched a playoff spot in the West Division thanks to a 7-5 win over division-leading North Iowa. Willmar never trailed in the contest as Willis, Dylan Gajewski, and Lewis Rowan scored in the 1st period. Austin Jozwick and Willis scored in the 2nd period and Bjorge added two goals in the 3rd period. North Iowa got goals from Carson Jones, Jack Campion, Lucas Jorgenson, Garrett Freeman, and Caden Smith. Cooper Olson (16 saves) got the win in goal after he came in the game in relief of Will Pinney (13 saves). Evan Babekuhl made 35 saves in the loss.

New Ulm 2 @ Granite City 7 – The Lumberjacks won their 4th straight game as Wyatt Halverson scored twice in a 7-2 win. The Lumberjacks jumped ahead 2-0 in the 1st period with goals from Cody Dias and Tucker Skime. Before the period was out, Nate Looft scored for the Steel. The lead swelled to 5-1 in the 2nd period as Halverson netted his first goal and Kyle Mortenson and Tal Halliday also scored. The Steel made it 5-2 before the period was over as Zach Maillette scored his 8th goal of the seson. In the 3rd period, Halverson added his second of the game and Shane Prifrel also scored. Lumberjacks goalie Josh Weyandt made 17 saves in the win. Zach Foster made 16 sves in the loss.

Titans 2 @ Generals 3 (OT) – The Generals won their third straight game as they closed the gap on an East Divisiontitle thanks to a 3-2 overtime win on Sunday. After a scoreless 1st period, the two teams each scored once in the 2nd period as Tyler Kaminski scored for the Generals with Philippe Doucette answering for the Titans. It was the game in the 3rd period as the Generals got a goal from Ben Pizzimenti and the Titans answering with a goal from Evan Gonzalvez-Helm. In overtime, Payton Felix would net the game-winner with a power play goal, his 20th goal of the season. Generals goalie Patrick Colburn made 22 saves in the win, while Grant Goodson made 47 saves in the loss.

Jr. Hat Tricks 4 @ Sharks 2 – Nick Cullinan scored twice to lead the Jr. Hat Tricks to their 4th straight win with a 5-2 victory over the Sharks. The Jr. Hat Tricks never trailed as Nikita Kovalev scored in the 1st period. Culllinan and Misha Mshar added 2nd period goals and Cullinan added his second goal of the game in the 3rd period. Mason Mulneaux and Dylan Harbour had goals for the Sharks. Nathan Hadley made 19 saves in the win, while Artem Lantukh made 30 saves in the loss.

Peoria 5 @ St. Louis 2 – The Mustangs salvaged one win of a three-game set in St. Louis thanks to a 5-2 win on Sunday as five different players scored. Peoria jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 1st period thanks to a goal from Quinton Murphy. The lead swelled to 4-0 in the 2nd period, which included goals from Ethan Chesney, Ibriham Arifi, and Christopher Kondiles. In the 3rd period, Peoria made it 5-0 as Kyle Hill scored his first of the season. The Jr. Blues would then score two goals later in the 3rd period from Joey Solimando and Jared Bratton. Cole Walter made 15 saves in the win, while Owen Carlson made 37 saves in the loss.
