Rochester 10 @ St. Louis 0: 15 Grizzlies skaters found the point sheet in their dominant shutout victory over St. Louis Saturday Evening. Justin Wright and Luke Morrissette both scored two goals for Rochester, Morrisette adding an assist as well. Cole Gibson, Adam Johnson, and Lyncoln Bielenberg-Howarth each buried a goal and dished two assists. Austin Meers, Max Clark, and Max Breon were the other goalscorers. Nikola Goich remained perfect in net, stopping all 26 shots faced to secure the shutout. St. Louis’ crease was shared between Espen Reager and Ethan Jourden, Jourden being credited with the loss saving 12 of 16 shots. 

El Paso 6 @ Austin 2: El Paso extended their win streak to 12 Saturday night with a convincing win over the Ice Bats. Matthew Gross broke the deadlock with a 1st period goal for the Rhinos. Jaylen Mendez and Brody Beahan helped Austin take back the lead with consecutive goals in the 2nd. Before the period break, Caden Butler found his 25th goal of the season to tie the game through two periods. It was all El Paso in the final frame as Matthew Barnes, Dylan Thompson, Riley Hunt-Bahn, and Payne Pent all deposited Rhino goals. Peyton Brendel completed the win with 31 saves. Elias Kyrola had a valiant effort in net for the Ice Bats, stopping 70 of 76 shots 

Norwich 1 @ Northeast 3 – Matt Nuzzolilo had a goal and Payton Felix scored twice to lead the Generals to their 10^th straight win with a 3-1 win at home over Norwich.

TX RoadRunners 3 @ Louisiana 0: Alexander Opalacz was outstanding for the RoadRunners, keeping out all 26 shots he faced to secure the shutout victory. After a scoreless 1st and 2nd period, Texas tallied three consecutive goals in the final frame. Tyler Love scored the first and eventual game winner midway through the period. Less than two minutes later, Kyle Portnock doubled the lead with his 4th goal of the season. Jack Herron added an empty netter in favor of the visitors to extend the lead and seal the victory. Pavel Grishin was dealt the loss, making 36 saves in the effort. 

Oklahoma City 7 @ Atlanta 1: Oklahoma City held the Capitals to a singular goal in their emphatic victory on the road. Robby Rabroker, Noah Henslee, and Avery Pittman all found twine in the opening period to extend the Ice Hawks lead early. Jesper Olsson, Vincent Anderson, and Jakob Holley furthered the lead with goals in the middle frame. Henslee found his 2nd of the night on the power play seven minutes into the 3rd. Nick Jameus spoiled Blake Sprow’s near shutout, scoring Atlanta’s first goal with less than two minutes remaining in regulation. Sprow made 27 saves in the victory while Coleman Garnier and Paul Jarvis shared Atlanta’s net, combining for 35 saves. 

Danbury 2 @ Long Beach 3: Danbury’s late offensive surge was not enough to take down Long Beach as the Sharks took the 3-2 victory and moved further ahead of the Jr. Hat Tricks in the East Division. Long Beach led 2-0 after 20 minutes as Mikita Miadzvedzeu and Ryo Yamamoto each buried power play goals. Dylan Walker helped Danbury cut the lead in half early in the 3rd with his 13th goal of the season. Dylan Harbour put the puck in the empty net to make it 3-1 late in the final frame and Giuseppe Bianco scored again for Danbury with only four seconds left in regulation. Ryo Murakami secured the victory making 26 saves. Brennan Churchill took the loss stopping 30 of 32 shots faced. 

Oregon 3 @ Peoria 5: The Mustangs moved their win streak into double digits, taking down Oregon 5-3 with a strong performance from Tristan Trudel who scored four goals and five points in the contest. Jack Summer broke the deadlock with an Oregon goal early in the opening period. Trudel answered with a shorthanded goal to keep the scores even through one period. Trudel scored a pair of goals and captured the hat trick in the 2nd period. Abe Laggis kept the Oregon deficit at one goal as he lit the lamp three minutes into the period. In the 3rd period, Trudel and Perry Lagatuz scored consecutive goals before the midway point in the period to put the game out of reach. Carter Watters found a late powerplay goal for the Tradesmen but it wasn’t enough. Andrew Doran snagged the win in the blue paint, completing the night with 23 saves. Evan Witchow made 29 saves for Oregon. 

Mason City 6 @ New Ulm 1: The Toros completed the weekend series sweep over New Ulm as six different skaters tickled the twine on the road. Ryan Kaspar and Sota Isogai scored goals in the 1st period to give Mason City a quick lead. Carter Newpower, Jordan Newpower, Brendan Sloth, and Derek Humphrey all found the back of the net in the 2nd period to put the game out of reach. New Ulm’s lone goal came in the 2nd period as well, Zach Dalzell scoring his 6th of the year 3:37 into the period. Erik Chaffe was nearly perfect for the Toros, stopping 25 of 26. Nolan Lacosse made 32 saves for the Steel. 

Milwaukee 5 @ Wausau 1: The Power bounced back from Friday’s bout against Wausau, taking them down 5-1 and snapping a six game losing skid. Vince Palade, Patrick Toomey, and Riley Planey extended the lead early with 1st period goals. In the middle frame Dominick Bourdon found a powerplay goal for the Cyclones to shrink the deficit but Nate Stone answered with another Milwaukee goal before the 3rd period. Max Erstad buried another goal for good measure in the 3rd. Spencer Northway had an outstanding night between the pipes, stopping 37 of 38 shots faced. Mitch Miscevich took the loss stopping 33 shots. 

Alexandria 1 @ Granite City 7: Granite City’s win streak has yet to be answered as the Lumberjacks took down Alexandria in convincing fashion. Cory Warner and Coby Weber both scored in the first to take a quick lead for Granite City. Weber scored two more in the 2nd period to further the lead and capture the hat trick. In the final frame, Kyle Mortenson, John Blake, and Andrew Butler all tickled twine to put the game out of reach. Alexandria’s lone goal came in the 1st period as Cole Kingbeil scored his 21st of the season on the power play. Quentin Sigurdson made 22 saves for the Lumberjacks while Andrew Tuttle stopped 36 to complete the night. 

Willmar 15 @ Minnesota 0: The Willmar offense scored five goals in all three periods to lead them past the Loons on the road. Samuel Miller, Enzo Tarducci, and Jeremiah Konkel each buried a pair of goals. Thirteen WarHawks skaters found the points sheet multiple times in the victory, highlighted with a five point performance from Will Anderson and four point game from Anthony Foster. Will Kunka was perfect in Willmar’s net, stopping all 17 shots and capturing the shutout. Owen Reeve made 67 saves in the loss.

Sheridan 2 @ Butte 7: The Butte Cobras took down the Sheridan Hawks in a 7-2 final score. The Cobras got ahead in the first period scoring two goals. Patrick Crooks (6:16) netted his fifth of the season getting help from Robby Arver and Carson Streich. Nearing the end of the period, David Hanny scored at 18:34 burying his 15th of the year with Ross Biggerstaff and Fabian Vik earning the assists. In the middle period, Cade Wessmen added to the Cobras lead to make the score 3-0 at 9:59. The Hawks answered with back-to-back goals with the first at 11:47 from Caden McDonald and then Taylor Frerichs at 15:54 for a 3-2 score. In the final frame the Cobras opened up offensively adding four unanswered goals. Tamer Billman (7:37), Fabian Vik (8:52), Cade Wessman (11:21) and Nick Bradshaw (14:35) all found the back of the net for a 7-2 Cobra win. 

Helena 3 @ Gillette 2 (OT): The Helena Bighorns and Gillette Wild decided the winning in an overtime finish with the Bighorns taking a 3-2 win. Bighorns Gavyn Galloway started the scoring at 4:30 in the first period. Soon after, Brock Tbroyevich scored at 9:03 to even the game 1-1. Adam Harvey scored the lone goal in the middle period to get the Bighorns ahead 2-1. Late in the final period of regulation, Declan Young scored at 18:50 to force an extra frame with a 2-2 score. In the overtime frame, Gavyn Galloway scored at 2:42 to get the Bighorns two points on the night with a 3-2 final. 

Badlands 3 @ Yellowstone 1: The Badlands Sabres topped the Yellowstone Quake by a final score of 3-1. Past the midway mark of the first period, Carter Johnson scored his 10th of the year and was assisted by Seth Stock for a 1-0 Sabres lead. In the second period, Brady Ridnour (3:32) found the back of the net to add to Badlands lead, 2-0. Nearing the end of the period, Hunter Fischbach netted his 9th of the season at 17:49. The Quake would score at 17:39 in the third with Gabe Coppo. The Sabres held on for a 3-1 final.
