Cincinnati Swords 5 @ Battle Creek Revolution 1: The Cincinnati Swords scored four goals in the second period to complete their victory over the Battle Creek Revolution 5-1. Swords forward RJ Marshall scored all three of his points during the action packed second and also saw the Revolution score their only goal from Derek Dodge. Revolution goalie Zach Kooi had 39 saves during the loss. Boxscore

Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks 2 @ Metro Jets 3 (SO): The Metro Jets pulled out a close victory over the Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks 3-2 in a shootout. The Lumberjacks pulled the game to a tie after a goal from Tyler Pritt with 20 seconds left in the third period. In the shootout it was Metro goalie Davide Mantovani time to shine as he stopped all four shooters to seal the victory for the hometown Metro Jets. Boxscore

Peoria Mustangs 6 @ Wisconsin Whalers 2: Peoria forward Brennan Anderson had a big night scoring three points as his Mustangs defeated the Wisconsin Whalers 6-2. The Mustangs scored their first of three in the first period just 40 seconds into the period. The Whalers offense was solely of Ryan Martin scoring on the power play cashing in twice during the second period. Boxscore

Alexandria Blizzard 5 @ Minnesota Flying Aces 1: Drake Hunter scored in his third consecutive game during the Blizzards 5-1 win over the Minnesota Flying Aces. Hunter finished with two goals and an assist with both of his goals coming in the first period within a minute of each other. In addition to Hunters offense, Mick Dhein also contributed two goals and an assist of his own. The Flying Aces scored late in the third period from Jake Mullendore to stop the Blizzard run. Alexandria goalie Evan Bisek had 23 saves in the win. Boxscore

Flint Junior Generals 4 @ Pittsburgh Vengeance 3 (SO): The Flint Junior Generals and Pittsburgh Vengeance combined for four power play goals during the game but it was the Junior Generals that came out on top in a shootout 4-3. Nicholas Santiago scored late in the third period for the Vengeance to tie the game up but goals from Cam Jorgensen, Conor Durgan and Zach Koonce gave the Junior Generals the game in the shootout. Flint goaltender Anders Franke was solid all night stopping 32 Pittsburgh shots. Boxscore
