Wausau beats Evansville on Thursday

Evansville 1 @ Wausau 12 - Mitch Idalski’s hat-trick highlighted the RiverWolves 12 -1 win in game one of a three game weekend series vs the Evansville Jr. Thunderbolts Thursday Night at Marathon Park Ice Arena. Rollie Carlson put the RiverWolves on the board early as he unleashed his first junior hockey goal at 1:29 into the first period, which was assisted by Garrett Alton.  Jordan Tomaszewski made it 2-0 good guys after a scrum in front of the Evansville net.
