The Great Falls Americans of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that forward Jens Juliussen has committed to play ACHA Division I hockey for Maryville University in St. Louis. Maryville will be competing in the new Midwest College Hockey conference next year at the ACHA DI level.
Juliussen, 20, is in his final season playing junior hockey in the NA3HL for the Amercians. The 5’9/170 lbs. native of Anchorage, Alaska is 2nd in team scoring this season with 79 points (20 goals, 59 assists) in 43 games played.
Juliussen was selected to and played in the 2019 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament last week, where he had an assist in three games for the Frontier Division team.
“Jens is a great kid, and we are very excited for him. He just finished up a successful trip to Top Prospects in Boston, and he has been a big part in the success that we are having this year. He just broke team records for assists in a season and career as an American, and we are very happy for him about this commitment,” said Great Falls head coach Greg Sears.
In 117 career NA3HL games, Juliussen has recorded 126 career points.
