Wausau forward Piotrowski makes college commitment

The Wausau RiverWolves of the NA3HL are proud to announce that forward Alex Piotrowski has committed to play ACHA Division I hockey for Northern Illinois University.

 

Piotrowski, 20, played in 46 games this past season with the RiverWolves. In those games, the 6’0/174 lbs. native of Green Bay, Wisconsin, recorded 16 points (6 goals and 10 assists). 

 

He becomes the 4th RiverWolves player to commit to play college hockey in the fall of 2019.

 

“Alex is a player that brings excellent energy to everything he does on the ice and we are looking forward to following his collegiate career as he continues to develop, " stated Head Coach Colin Bailey.

 

Prior to playing in the NA3HL, Piotrowski played for Bay Port High in Wisconsin.
