The New England Stars of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that goaltender Cedric Joubert has committed to play ACHA Division I hockey for Adrian College.
Joubert, 19, registered an 11-4-2 record in 17 games played during the 2018-19 season for the Stars. The 6’4/180 lbs. native of Papineauville, Quebec, also posted a 2.29 goals against average and a .914 save percentage this past season, which was his first in the NA3HL.
He was named the Coastal Division’s Co-Goalie of the Year and also named to the Coastal Division 1st Team in 2018-19.
“Cedric was a great goalie and a great teammate for us last season. He moves very well for a tall goalie and his desire to win games will serve him well at Adrian for the next four years,” said Stars Head Coach Darryl Green.
Adrian College has teams at the NCAA DIII NCHC Level and at the ACHA DI/II/III Level. The college is located approximately 45 minutes from Ann Arbor, Mich., and Toledo, Ohio. The Bulldogs play out of Arrington Ice Arena.
