Mid Cities forward Nelson makes college commitment

The Mid-Cities Jr. Stars of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that forward Brady Nelson has committed to play ACHA Division 1 hockey for the University of Oklahoma.

 

Nelson, 18, just completed his second season playing in the NA3HL for the Stars. The 6’0/175 lbs. native of Haslet, Texas, had his best career season in 2019-20 as he recorded 26 points (15 goals, 11 assists) in 47 games played.

 

Last season, Nelson had nine points in 31 games played. Overall in 78 career NA3HL games, Nelson posted 35 points.

 

Prior to playing in the NA3HL, Nelson spent the 2017-18 season playing in the NAPHL for the Dallas Blackhawks Elite 16U team.
