Gillette goalie Kelley makes college commitment

The Gillette Wild of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that goaltender Sean Kelley has committed to play hockey at Lindenwood University-Belleville in the ACHA beginning in the 2015-16 season.
Former Wild GM/Head Coach Tom Winkler stated, "This is a great opportunity for Sean, he will be coached by a former NHL goaltender, Lindsay Middlebrook. Sean is a fantastic teammate and he will compete for ice time right away. He has worked hard during his time with the Wild to attain a college opportunity. We are extremely proud of Sean and wish him the best."
Head Coach Middlebrook had this to say about Sean, "We are excited about Sean's commitment to Lindenwood University-Belleville. The coaching staff was very impressed with his maturity and strong work ethic on and off the ice. He is a poised and athletic goaltender and has the tools to be a key contributor to the program's success."
During the 2014-15 season, Kelley had a 12-3-1 record with 2 shutouts, a goals against average of 2.00, and a .937% save percentage. He also was selected to and played in the 2015 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament for the Frontier Division team.
