Point Mallard goalie Bernardini gets call to the NAHL

The Point Mallard Ducks of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that veteran goaltender Joey Bernardini has been called up to the North American Hockey League’s Shreveport Mudbugs. Bernardini joined the Mudbugs on Wednesday, December 13th.
Bernardini, 20, has played the past two seasons for the Ducks in the NA3HL. The 5’7/150 lbs. native of St. Louis, Missouri, has a 5-6-0 record this season in 11 appearances to go along with a 2.92 GAA and a 89.6% save percentage.
Bernardini has spent the 2016-17 season with the Ducks, posting a 5-2-1 record in 12 appearances.
