Michael Allman made 34 saves in a 4-1 win on Thursday.
Frontier Division Quarter-finals, Game 1: Yellowstone 4 @ Gillette 1 (Yellowstone leads series, 1-0) – Quake goaltender Michael Allman made 34 saves to lead his team to a 4-1 win on Thursday in the opening game of the 2020 NA3HL Fraser Cup Playoffs. The Quake jumped on the board early in the 1st period with a goal from Will Yates. The lead swelled to 3-0 in the 2nd period as the Quake scored twice more, including a power play goal from Jack Harris and a goal late in the period from Ethan Gicewicz. The Wild finally got on the board late in the 3rd period on a goal from Keedin Denny, but it was too much Quake and Allman as Harris added an empty-net goal for his second goal of the game to make it a 4-1 final. The remaining games of the three game series now shift to Yellowstone, who need one more win to advance to the divisional semi-final round. Boxscore
