Irish defenseman Vocke makes college commitment

The Butte Irish of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that defenseman Nathan Vocke has committed to play ACHA college hockey for Northern Michigan.  

Vocke, 20, played both seasons of his junior career in the NA3HL, most recently with the Butte Irish. Over the course of 81 games, the Eau Claire, WI native recorded 9 points, tallying 2 goals and 7 assists. The 6'2" defenseman notched his only goal of the season on January 11th in a matchup against the Great Falls Americans.

Vocke is one of six Irish players to commit to a college program this season.
