3View: West Texas Wranglers

The 3View video series will feature an in-depth look into all NA3HL teams in preparation for the 2025-26 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 5th. 3View will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2025-26 season. 

West Texas Wranglers

Head Coach: Austin Sutter  

Location: Amarillo, Texas 

2025-26 Division: South Division 

Junior hockey is nothing new to the Amarillo community, with the NAHL’s Wranglers already a staple in the city. The addition of the NA3HL team strengthens the South Division footprint and gives local players a clear pathway to develop and advance. Head Coach Austin Sutter, a longtime staple within the Wranglers organization, is eager to take the reins of the NA3HL program. Looking to be recognized for his humanistic approach in year one, Sutter prioritizes not just on-ice growth but helping athletes develop as people, building a strong foundation for both individual and team success while creating something special in Amarillo.
