Moose Forward DeNoyer Makes College Commitment

July 17, 2026

The Minnesota Vulcans, formerly known as the Minnesota Moose, of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that forward, Mark DeNoyer, has committed to play ACHA Division I college hockey for Missouri State University (Springfield, Missouri).

DeNoyer spent two years in the NA3HL. He initially began his league career with the Minnesota Mallards in 2024 before joining the Minnesota Wilderness for the remainder of the 2024-25 season. During the 2025-26 season he started with the Wilderness then was traded to the Minnesota Moose. The 2025-26 season was his best offensively.

During the 2025-26 season, he recorded 45 points during the regular season. He had 17 goals and 28 assists throughout 47 regular season games. He scored an additional goal in the post season during the playoffs.

"Mark was a reliable scorer as he accrued a point per game for us in the regular season. His production will be missed,” said Vulcans head coach Todd Sanden. “When Mark was going, he was very difficult to contain. His size and strength are hard to manage."

DeNoyer’s best performance of the year came on Oct. 31 against the Minnesota Wilderness. He scored two goals and recorded one assist to aid in the Moose’s 8-2 victory over the Wilderness.

DeNoyer is one of twelve players from the Minnesota Moose to make a college commitment this season.
