Hawks Forward Shelden Makes College Commitment

The Sheridan Hawks of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that forward Daniel Shelden has committed to play ACHA Division II college hockey for Utah State University (Logan, Utah).

Shelden has spent four consecutive seasons with the Sheridan Hawks. His stats for all four seasons are as follows:

2022-2023: 46 games played, 22 points (13g, 9a)

2023-2024: 42 games played, 20 points (12g, 8a)

2024-2025: 40 games played, 27 points (9g, 28a)

2025-2026: 31 games played, 15 points (5g, 10a)

His best performance from the 2025-2026 season was on Mar. 6 against the Yellowstone quake. He had four points in the game consisting of two goals and two assists to help aid the Hawks in a 6-0 shutout victory. 

Shelden is joining the #4 ranked team in the West Region of the ACHA Division II.

Shelden is one of eight players from the Sheridan Hawks to make a college commitment this season.
