3VIEW: Phoenix Inferno

The 3View video series will feature an in-depth look into all NA3HL teams in preparation for the 2026-27 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 4th. 3View will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2026-27 season. 

Phoenix Inferno

Head Coach: Troy Mick (Entering 1st season)

2026-27 Division: South Division

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Troy Mick talks about the expectations he has for his players during Phoenix’s first year in the league. 

He shares that, “There’s no shortcuts to working hard and I think if we have that mandate right at the beginning, then it’s going to go a long ways with our guys.”

Mick is excited to bring the NA3HL to Arizona to what Mick describes as a “world-class facility” at Fire N Ice Sports Arena. As a former NHL Draft pick himself, he brings 30 years of coaching and leadership experience to the Inferno during their inaugural season.
