3VIEW: Rochester Grizzlies

The 2025-26 Head Coach of the Year returns as bench boss of the Grizzlies for his second season with the team. Marty Raymond talks about the community in Rochester and how success comes with being surrounded by good people. 

“We really like to get guys who buy into doing the good things when nobody’s watching,” he says about his team’s culture and work ethic. 

Raymond says the Grizzlies found success last season by going through adversity and taking challenges head on. He claims to have a good core group of returners coming back to set the tone for the season ahead.
