3VIEW: Texas RoadRunners

The 3View video series will feature an in-depth look into all NA3HL teams in preparation for the 2026-27 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 4th. 3View will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2026-27 season.

Head Coach: Mike Beavis (Entering 8th season)

2025-26 season record: 30-17-0-0 (2nd in Southeast Division)

2025-26 leading scorer: Joseph Izzo (25G 54A - 79 points)

2026 Playoffs: Eliminated in the Division Finals by the Louisiana Drillers

2026-27 Division: Southeast Division

Location: College Station, Texas

After a successful year that included his 400th win as a head coach, Mike Beavis returns to the RoadRunners for his eighth consecutive season. Beavis plans to emphasize defensive consistency and attention to detail as he plans for the season ahead. 

“We’ve got to buckle down and play 200 feet. We have to compete every single day. We have to pay attention to details.”

The season will also mark a transition for Beavis, as he moves into a business operations role with the Texas Roadrunners and Atlanta Capitals.
