Mason City Forward Williams Makes College Commitment

The North Iowa Bulls, formerly known as the Mason City Toros, of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that forward, Jason Williams, has committed to play ACHA Division II college hockey for Maryville University (St. Louis, Missouri).

Williams spent one season in the NA3HL with the Mason City Toros. During the 2025-26 season, he recorded 31 points during the 2025-26 season, consisting of 14 goals and 17 assists. He recorded an additional assist in the post season. 

“Jason was an impact player for us,” said Bulls head coach Alex North. “He always came to the rink with the right attitude and compete level. I look forward to seeing what he can do at the next level.”

Williams’ best performance of the year came on Sep. 13 against the Minnesota Wilderness. He scored three goals to help aid the Toros in a 8-3 victory over the Wilderness. 

Williams is one of ten players from the Mason City Toros to make a college commitment this season.
