Phoenix Inferno 3 @ West Texas Wranglers 1 – The Phoenix Inferno defeated the West Texas Wranglers 3-1. The Inferno started hot, scoring all of their goals in the first period. Not even a minute into the game, Camden Babin scored for Phoenix. Soon after, Chase Olson scored back-to-back goals to give the Inferno a 3-0 lead going into intermission. The second period was slow, but about halfway through, Nicholas Carey scored for the Wranglers. The third period was defensive, and neither team scored, so the Inferno secured the 3-1 win.

Pelham Prowlers 3 @ Bayou State Rougarou 0 – The Pelham Prowlers shut out the Bayou State Rougarou in a physical game. The Prowlers started strong with Brayden Owen scoring an unassisted short-handed goal early in the first period. Elijah Talbert scored his first goal of the season later in the first period, giving Pelham the 2-0 lead going into the second. About halfway through the second period, Jacob Hums scored on the power play for the Prowlers. Drake England didn’t let any pucks past him for the rest of the game, earning his first shutout of the season and helping the Prowlers secure the 3-0 win.
