La Crosse forward Toycen makes NCAA commitment

The La Crosse Freeze, proud members of the NA3HL, are excited to announce that forward Danny Toycen has committed to play NCAA Division III collegiate hockey for Lawrence University hockey team of the NCHA.
Toycen (5’8/165) spent his entire junior hockey career with the Freeze in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The native from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin finished his career with 45 goals and 72 assists for a total of 117 points in 128 career games. In his final season with the Freeze he contributed 14 goals and 27 assists for 41 points.
Lawrence College head coach Mike Szkodzinski said he is very excited to add Danny to the Lawrence program.
The Freeze would like to thank Danny for his hard work and dedication with the organization over the last three seasons and wish him the best of luck as he continues his academic and athletic careers.
