Grizzlies forward Flatley signs NAHL Tender

April 16, 2024

The Rochester Grizzlies of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are pleased to announce that forward Isaac Flatley has signed a NAHL tender agreement with the Oklahoma Warriors of the NAHL’s South Division.

Flatley, 19, wrapped up his first season of junior hockey playing for the Rochester Grizzlies. Prior to joining Rochester, the 6’3” forward played for Virginia/Mountain Iron-Buhl High School and Rock Ridge High School in Minnesota.

In 22 appearances for Rochester, Flatley tallied 17 points (7 goals, 10 assists), including one game winner and two power play goals. As a result of his success with the Grizzlies, the Minnesota native was called up to his new squad, the Warriors, twice this season where he was able to tally two assists.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include one (1) tender exclusively used on players from the NA3HL - plus or minus any trades - which became active on November 1st. Tendered players are not eligible for the 2024 NAHL Draft.
